THE BUILDER Where is he? Who is he?

Where is the builder? Isaiah 62 mentions the builder that will come. Also sometimes the daughter of Zion is just called Zion in some of the texts.

Prophet Isaiah begins the passage as follows:

For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not remain quiet, till her vindication shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch. The nations will see your vindication, and all kings your glory; you will be called by a new name that the mouth of the LORD will bestow. The passage then goes on to talk about the crown of splendor and the builder that marries the one that has been deserted.

In Isaiah 65, the chapter talks about creating the new heaven and earth. No longer will they build houses and others dwell in them. In chapter 66, the builder is mentioned again, this time he asks 'Who will build the house for me? Where will my resting place be?".

Some of the biblical scholars say that God is the builder. However,  if God was the builder mentioned in the Isaiah prophecies then he would not be asking who is going to build the house for me. As we know today, the Architect doesn't build the house, the builder, builds the house.

Come builder come....
