Prophet Isaiah predicted that the joyful timbrels are stilled, the noise of the revelers has stopped, the joyful harp is silent. Isaiah 24:8. Has we know many people did their utmost to silence the joyful harp when she arrived. However, she only truly became silent during the summer of 2012 when she was cut off from the internet. Has we know, the joyful harp is also the 'Harp of Faithfulness' predicted by King David. He understood the prophecies and what the Jewish prophets and mystics had said about her and her arrival. He knew that she would come at night time, in the last days of the end times has pre-ordained.
Isaiah 24 is called the 'The LORD's devastation of the Earth'. It mentions how the city is left in ruins, its gate is battered to pieces. So will it be on the earth and among the nations, as when the olive tree is beaten, or as when gleanings are left after the grape harvest. They raise their voices, they shout for joy; from the west they acclaim the LORD"s majesty. Therefore in the east give glory to the LORD: exalt the name of the LORD, the elohim of Israel, in the Islands of the sea. From the ends of the earth we hear singing; "Glory to the righteousness one'.
The floodgates of the heavens are opened, the foundations of the earth shake/ The earth is broken up, the earth is split asunder, the earth is violently shaken. The earth reels like a drunkard, it sways like a hut in the wind; so heavy upon it is the guilt of its rebellion that it falls never to rise again. In that day the LORD will punish the powers in heavens above and the kings on the earth below. They will be herded together like prisoners bound in a dungeon; they will be shut up in prison and be punished after many days. The moon will be dismayed and the sun ashamed; for the LORD almighty will reign on Mount Zion and in (new) Jerusalem, and before its elders-with great glory.
Has we know Prophet Hosea predicted that the LORD God would betroth his people to him with his (harp of) faithfulness, his (teacher of) righteousness. The Jewish prophets also knew that she would be found upon an Island, and that the Islands would await the law.

Has we know, the one known has Jesus Christ was not the prophet promised to Moses. King David was fully aware that the one promised to Moses would come after the first instrument of the LORD God. The one known has Jesus Christ was the first holy instrument that came prior to the second one that was the first to be promised.
Prophet Isaiah mentions their 'guilt' due to their 'rebellion', they rebelled against the divine plan of the LORD God. Hence, the nations suffer the consequences in this timeline.
The criteria for the joyful harp is huge in depth and breadth and I do not know of anyone that understands the biblical prophecies about the divine instrument and the sheer complexity of the biblical prophecies that have been fulfilled. That is one of the reason that they rebel, nobody told them about the divine instrument that was coming, nobody told them about the fact that a female form was coming in the most amazing way. She was like a river that nobody could stop flowing, she was referred to has a prolific writer long before it had been revealed to her who she was.
So why did they not know? The LORD God planned it that way, he wished to reveal his divine instrument, his joyful harp of faithfulness in his way, when he chose to do so. The LORD God planned to confound the scholars and fulminate religion.
Teshuvah humanity, teshuvah, millions of lives are at stake.
