Rosemary and the Lamb go so well together. The medicinal plant and healing herb otherwise known as Rosmarinus Officinalis as been used since ancient times. Its potent flavour reminds us of the Rose Mary that God chose to carry the lamb.
Its blue flower was used for heart problems, female ailments nerve disorders and skin problems. It had a soothing impact on children As a flower essence it also becomes an ambrosia that can help to bring peace to the mind and soul. We are truly blessed that God gave us so many plants and trees for the purpose of natural healing.
Is there no (healing) balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then is there no healing for the wound of my people? Jer:8:22 Leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.” Rev 22:2
God said “Healing is the path of salvation and love is the way”.
We will share many aspects of these words in 2009. The lamb is symbolic of the soul that is as gentle as a lamb. Healing can also be gentle just like the Lord stroking our hair with tenderness.
Rose Mary and her Son provide a healing sanctuary that is beyond measure. Helping you to let go of the old and bring in the new; this not only benefits you but your family and loved ones as well. The more that you connect with them, the more the seed of love grows into the perfection of God’s creation. The birth of a child brings a joy that is infectious, when a child is born everyone is overjoyed and children are the supreme joy of human life. Many people criticize Christmas but let us remember this time is a special time and joy for children. To witness their smiling eyes, joy in their faces and beating hearts, to make a child happy on Christmas Day reminds us of the sheer joy that the Christ child brought to his blessed mother. When you look into the eyes of a child you can see the light shining from them. The eyes are the window of the soul.
I am able to post this today because my 25 year old son has decided to cook our Christmas Day dinner. We discussed the preparation of the food to ensure the greatest flavour is the result. I remember when he was born and he was so good and the sister of the ward said “Babies are only as good as their mothers”. His interest in cooking creatively, willingness to be the nurturer as well as the protector; will be a blessing when the day comes for him to choose a partner.
Letting the joy flow from our hearts this day.

"Mary had a little lamb" not in vain,in this light, was chosen as the first song ever recorded by humankind to exist as a re-cord (via Thomas Edison)...
Thank you for sharing Svetlana, and that reminds me of the words from Jesus a few years ago.
"Your love is not in vain".
I received an interesting message during the night and he said that those that take God's name in vain are the religious and those believers that worship God but they have not devoted their life to the work of God.
He showed me a vision of the things, families, people, scriptures, religion and its buildings that take precedence over God. When people do this they take the Lord's name in vain.
He asked "what sacrifice have they made? What have they renounced so that they can serve me and do my will completely? You made every sacrifice, you renounced fame and fortune, you laid down your life in service to me and your devotion is total, your life is an example to others.
For those that are interested in Rose Mary there is more on this page.
