In the book of Hebrews it mentions the acts of worship that will come to an end. Ceremonial washings can relate to baptism and other man made religious rites and traditions. Food and drink can also relate to Catholic religious ceremony, Jewish traditions and Islamic fasting. External regulations relate to all kinds of religious worship in my humble view.
They are only a matter of food and drink and various ceremonial washings—external regulations applying until the time of the new order. Hebrews 9:10
NEW ORDER
When does the new order come? The NT talks about the old heaven and earth passing away first and everything being made anew. In chapter 20 of the book of revelation it is no coincidence that the chapter verse numbers link in with this appointed time. It is clear that the judgments of God must be given prior to the new order being established.
The (Spiritually) Dead Are Judged 2011-2013

I am very pleased that I am not a banker or a money changer. If you work in the financial industry I recommend that you look for new jobs. There is a good play on words in Rev 20 with the 'recorded in the books'. What is recorded in books? Financial accounts so not a good time to be a tax collector or accountant either.
The spiritually dead tend to live in the ocean of emotion otherwise known as the sea with the tossing waves. With 84% of Americans in emotional chaos there is certainly few people who can walk on water.
Chapter 20 also talks about the beast and the false prophet and that is also do with religion in these times. There is only one religion that is deceiving the nations and in the Aramaic text its says that the deception goes as far afield as China and Mongolia. If we take a look at the word Hades in Greek it is the word for god of the lower regions or Pluto. Its later use was for grave or hell. Pluto was also known as god of the underworld. What does the woman from Rev 12 have under her feet? None other than the crescent moon.
A lot is going to be revealed between now and 2013 that is very clear. Isaiah 66 also mentions the sound of the LORD that will repay his enemies. In other words all those that stood against the LORD, his word, all those that oppressed the people and or harmed the innocent. All those that refused to listen and do the will of God when asked to do so.

The religious will have to come to accept that God is a spiritual reality and not a religious one. They will also have to accept the divine plan of God for his new order. It has nothing to do with a NWO and what they plan because God ordained that man must not make all the fields one. He knows that if man makes all the fields one it does not allow for uniqueness and individuality. God made the nations, different cultures and languages for good purpose and intention of spiritual freedom and liberty. He ensured that his law was such that it is against his Spiritual law to have one world governed by man or any religion that can oppress the people. That is why the tower of babel was destroyed last time with his breath in the winds that co-create emotive social evolution.
In revelation chapter 21 the new order is mentioned again this time it says 'I AM making everything anew" and that really does mean everything. Ultimately, it is very positive although humanity are still going through the birth pains, the one born in ZION was indeed born as was predicted to come to be. However, biblically speaking the birth pains come after the birth. In the book of Mark it also mentions the many earthquakes that humanity is currently experiencing.
Going back to the title of this post in the scripture people were warned not to build upon the foundations of Christ with building materials, in other words no places of worship of him. The original meaning of Church meant community e.g Spiritual community. The Christ told the Apostles that the great temples of worship would come down in the last days and would burn in the flames. This is going to be very hard for many religious people to accept. However, it is important that they realise that it is the will of God for the sake of the children.
This time is being shortened for the sake of the elect. We will build his city of enlightenment and then the new order can come to be. The sacred union with the divine is the cure for all ills.
