The Rock from God

In yesterday's post we mentioned the rock in Daniel 2. "While you were watching, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were broken to pieces at the same time and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer. The wind swept them away without leaving a trace. But the rock that struck the statue became a huge mountain and filled the whole earth." 34-35.

"The God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands—a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces. "The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and the interpretation is trustworthy."44-45.

In Isaiah 48 it also mentions the Rock and that there will be no peace for the wicked.

"They did not thirst when he led them through the deserts; he made water flow for them from the rock; he split the rock and water gushed out. "There is no peace," says the LORD, "for the wicked."

In 2009, the white stone that I was given in 2003, fell from the computer desk and it split in half. Since that time the water as indeed been gushing out. So let us look at the rest of the prophecy criteria that is important at this time. Firstly, the chapter is telling Israel off for being stubborn and not following the commands of God and I have had discussions with an Israeli in recent weeks when he was claiming that the LORD God of Israel is not the Creator. I then asked him if he had seen him face to face like I have.

Prophecy Criteria

1. God will tell them new things, hidden things not known to them to the Jewish people.

2. They are created now not long ago so that they cannot say 'I knew them'.

3. He tells them that they have been a rebel since birth and one can view that in the context of the birth of the nation of Israel in the 20th century.

4. Wrath is delayed for Israel, they are tested and afflicted.

5. God states that he will not allow himself to be defamed, he will not yield his glory to another. In other words, he will not give his glory to Islam or its prophet.

6. He laid out the heavens and when he summons them they all stand together. Just like they did for the Harmonic Concordance in 2003. They came from one end of heaven to the other. Spiritual people from all over the world came together to celebrate the auspicious event.

7. The LORD's chosen ally will carry out their purpose against Babylon. They will carry out their divine purpose. His arm is against the Babylonians. They have been called, they have been summoned, and the promise is that they will succeed in their mission.

In Greek being called and summoned is also the word Parakletos (Strongs 3875) and the word itself as many meanings. [1] As you know the Paraclete was also promised by the Christ to his followers and Islam are claiming that there prophet was the Paraclete that was promised to come. However, Prophet Isaiah predicted that the one to come would come from the Galilee of the Gentiles. See the post on the Galilee of the Gentiles for a full commentary on that text.

"Come near me and listen to this:  "From the first announcement I have not spoken in secret; at the time it happens, I am there." And now the Sovereign LORD has sent me, with his Spirit."

8. He directs them in the way that is best for Israel.

9. It tells the Jewish people to leave Babylon. In the book of Revelation mystery Babylon is the USA, the harlot mentioned in Revelation 17 and 18. Obama is also Leo the Leopard mentioned by Daniel and in the book of Revelation.  It is also interesting to note that in the last few days I have heard from a brother in Holland that Geert Wilders is bringing together five countries for an anti-Islamic campaign.

May the will of God be done
