Greek protesters urged to retreat from 'abyss'. Three people in the bank were killed.
"Petrol bombs were thrown at police, who responded with pepper spray and tear gas. Greece is "on the brink of the abyss", President Karolos Papoulias has warned, after three people died during protests over planned austerity measures."

As you will see in the video below Goldman Sachs have been a major player in getting Greece into the mess that its in. I was in Europe on holiday when many of the countries changed over to the EURO and prices went up overnight. It was interesting on the day itself the items in the shops had two prices, the original price and the euro price.
Greece should have never entered the Euro they should have stayed out like the UK did. Entering the Euro has had a huge impact on their economy and loss of tourism that is a large chunk of their economy. When I was there business owners told me that before people would go to Greece for a two week holiday, now people can only afford to go for one week and they spend less due to the euro. This means their income from tourism has halved since taking on the euro.
