Financial wealth is a karmic contract. When people are given the means of wealth it is a karmic contract and those that do not share the wealth come back to live a life of poverty. Until the time comes when people do learn to share and give willingly from the heart.

The measure you give comes back to you because it is the spiritual law. The new testement tells you that it comes back 30, 60 or 100 fold.
