Ten + 11 = 21. Victory over opposition in the 21st century. It looks like Holland are going all out to crack it within 21 months. Otherwise, they know that they're going in the same direction as the rest of the EU, and the Dutch have already been through this already with Nazi Germany.
Looks like the winds are against the European parliament and its energy policies. It will be interesting to watch the energies spiral around each other, until such time as victory is assured over the men in Brussels.
