Hannibal Prophecy C2.30

Please bear in mind that many of the prophecies of Nostradamus were given as warnings to avoid calamity. Forewarned is forearmed. There is a prophecy about Hannibal and his two brothers. The original Hannibal was born in Tunisa and was in a war against Rome.

Nostradamus gave a quatrain C2:30 and it mentions Hannibal and his brothers.

One who the infernal gods of Hannibal
will cause to be reborn, terror of mankind
never more horror nor worse of days
in the past than will come to the Romans through Babel.


How could they be reborn? Hannibal and his brothers have moved to Algeria. The Libyan army also tried to enter Tunisa earlier this year. Their rebirth is the rebirth of their dynasty in Algeria, in my humble view. The Romans indicate Italy and it tells the Italians they will come via Babel, e.g. Iraq. Many Iraq's have been getting new European passports in Greece, some are purchasing either French or Italian passports with new identities. 


C8:17 


Those at ease will suddenly be cast down,
the world put into trouble by three brothers;
their enemies will seize the marine city,
hunger, fire, blood, plague, all evils doubled.


Where is the marine city? There is city in the USA called the marine city and its in Michigan.
