Faithful Righteous Branch

Well we're still with faithful and it is to do with the righteous branch.

"Let the prophet who has a dream recount the dream, but let the one who has my word speak it faithfully. For what has straw to do with grain? declares the LORD. Is not my word like fire," declares the LORD, "and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces? Jeremiah 23:28-29.

The key words in the prophecy are as follows:

1. Righteous branch
2. Bestowed Care
3. Fruitful
4. I will raise up
5. Reign wisely
6. Dream
7. Faithfully
8. Fire

As we know the dream is to do with Joseph, Joseph was the dream interpreter. And Moses asked for the blessing to be given to a descendent of Joseph. Care is to do with caring fully. Fruitful is also to do with the 'fruit of the lips' and in Judaism it is to with the prophet again. In the NT the Lute of Lovingkindness also gave the sign of the fruit so that people would be able to identify the one he said would follow him e.g. the next paraclete.

"Raise' up is the name of the prophet and the word in Hebrew can also mean arise.

Faithfully, is to do with the Harp of Faithfulness predicted by King David in Psalm 92. Fire is usually associated with Elijah and in the scripture Joseph is the flame. As we know 5 million trees burned down on Mount Carmel at Jewish New Year, 2010.

Jeremiah 23 rebukes the people in Israel and its spiritual leaders. The LORD did indeed return them to their own land as promised. However, due to what they have done the prophecy states that they will be cast out of Jerusalem.
