Shame on CO-OP and Lloyds Bank

As far as I am aware in the last banking crisis and bail out, the people ended up owning a large part of Lloyds Bank. Now Lloyds Bank branches are up for sale. The Co-Op began as a peoples bank, started  by the people for the people. However, it now charges 30 pounds if a person is overdrawn by ten pound for just a couple of days. In fact, if that happens they also do not send you your new cheque card, when they are meant to do so.

IMHV, the Co-Op bank should be reducing fees to its customers, not milking the customers; to pay for this expansion to bail out the government; to pay for its wars.

Co-Op to bid for Lloyds branches from the BBC report.

"Here is my earlier post on why Co-Op would be favourite to own these branches, once it has made a bid. Co-Op will make the announcement in the next half hour or so, I understand - but will not submit a bid till next week. So far Lloyds has only received one bid, of around £1.5bn, from NBNK, the newly created business set up to buy banks. The bid from the Co-Op is a bit of good news for Lloyds, in a week when its chief executive decided to take a temporary leave of absence, to recover from exhaustion." [1]

You might also like to do some research on NBNK mentioned by the BBC, that has been specifically been set-up to buy banks.

The LORD keeps on saying 'HSBC', another bank. They are investigating a nationwide technology system failure. On-lines services crashed over the weekend, and some cash machines also refused withdrawals today. The Independent also state that some 'First Direct' customers were affected as well.

There are reports that the same happened to the 'Royal Bank of Scotland' and 'Nat West Bank'. As you can imagine customers that went to three different ATM's are very angry indeed. [3]

Now going back to the Co-Op and Lloyds story. The Portuguese CEO of Lloyds is suffering from exhaustion, and I did wonder what is a Portuguese doing running a British bank?

The Black Horse, the same horse, that the people have a large share in due to the government bail out.

Is Portugal still a Catholic country? As far as I am aware it is.

Funny isn't it that Gordon Brown was a Scot, one of Tony Blair's aides was a member of Opus Dei, their all in the same cartel with the Vatican.
