Mormons Spiritually Dead

The LORD called me and he then said 'Holocaust' so what do we have for you this evening. The Mormons that baptize people after they are dead. LOL. [1] Apparently, they use a verse from Corinthians to support their actions. So let us take a look at the verse that they are using.

"Now if there is no resurrection, what will those do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why are people baptized for them? And as for us, why do we endanger ourselves every hour?" 1 Corinthians 15:28-30. NIV

Sounds like what we call 'double dutch' to me, in other words not very good English. Let's look at a different translation. In the Aramaic it says "What else shall they do who are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise at all? Why are they then baptized for the dead?" Paul then states why do we put ourselves in danger daily and that he dies daily.

My view of the passage is the following points:

1. Resurrection
2. Baptizing the dead.
3. Dead not raised.

First, Mormons have to understand what the dead is about,  it is referring to those that are spiritually dead. In other words those that have not been raised from their sleep. Its about awakening! Does baptism wake people up? Well if a person is sleeping and you throw cold water over them that will certainly wake them up. However, will cold water wake them up spiritually? No. Hence why the 'fishers of men' go in with their lines and nets to catch the fish, from the ocean of emotion to bring them to dry land.

Why are you baptized for them? Surely you know by now? Baptism is a blessing of purification and healing, a cleansing of the energy fields after a baby is born.  In the blessing of purification it is to set the child on the healing path of the LORD. A child is birthed in pain and suffering, it can be very traumatic for the baby. The baptism is part of the healing process when they are blessed with their name. Every name has a vibrational frequency and the baptism blesses the name. Just like we can bless the oceans, rivers and streams with holy water to purify it.

When the spiritually dead are baptized it can enliven them to a new and different reality. However, is baptism a necessity for everyone? No. Purification can take place in many ways. A mother blesses her child, every time she bathes the child, with the power of love in her heart.

What is important is that people understand that 70-80% of your bodies consists of water. That water also holds memories. In the context of the baby, those memories will also relate to its experiences in the womb. For instance when parents are arguing, the baby responds to it and that has been captured on camera. The baby experiences a great deal on its journey to life outside of the womb.

Its the same for people that have never cut their apron strings. Those that are in attachment to earthly realities are still spiritually dead. Prophet Ezekiel also called them 'dead mens bone's'.

Hence, why Jesus Christ taught his followers about detachment. Detachment from wealth, family, friends, possessions to ensure that his followers could arise unhindered by materialism, or by anyone that could hold them back on their spiritual path of ascension.
