2. The man with the beard subjugates those that are 'cruel and proud'. So could it be a US President?
An African leader or an Arab leader? Clearly, the only way the 'cruel and proud' would stop being so, is if they respected a person and looked up to this man.
3. The grand CHIREN, Nostradamus wrote the word CHIREN in capital letters so that is the most important aspect of the prophecy. Chiron is planetary, and it is to do with the 'wounded healer'. The grand healer will remove from far away.
4. Captives by the Banner of Selin. Selin is a female Turkish name and it is Celene in the bible. Selin is can also mean peace.
So we have a bearded man that dyes his beard black. He impacts on those that are 'cruel and proud', The planetary activity created by the wounded healer removes the people that were captive to the banner of Islam. In other words, many will leave it because of this man. So are they leaving in droves because of the Prince of Persia?

The grand healer will be chief of the world, the ultra is related to the conservatives and ultra right wing and they are behind the healer. I once saw an incredible bearded black man in Spirit, he was very tall. He introduced himself as Peter, and he said to me 'I am Peter and I have come to heal you'. I only ever saw him once and he had the most incredible energy of an apostle.
