After writing about the fruit in the last post. [1] The Daily Mail have reported that its raining apples in Coventry, England. That did make me smile as I know someone who came from there once upon a time.
"One motorist who was travelling with husband said it was lucky the downpour hadn't caused a pile-up.
She said: 'The apples fell out of the sky as if out of nowhere. 'They were small and green and hit the bonnet hard. 'There were other cars on the road at the time too and everyone had to stop their cars suddenly. "it wouldn't surprise me if some cars were damaged'. [2]
As the Jewish Bohemian related the apple to Obama during the election campaign in 2008, one can only ponder that the Obama supporters are at it again.
This is not the first time there has been odd things falling out of the sky either. In August 2007 it was fish in Norfolk, that was soon after we warned them not to fire the grid.
