GOOD GARLIC

Researchers in Israel recently discovered that not only can the humble garlic bulb prevent weight gain; it might also cause weight loss. The key to garlic’s health-giving properties is a compound called allicin, also responsible for giving it that pungent smell. But the trial found the strong odour of garlic stimulates the satiety centre in the brain, reducing feelings of hunger.

It also stimulates the nervous system to release hormones such as adrenalin, which in turn speed up your metabolic rate so you burn more calories.

TIP: Add garlic routinely to all savoury dishes when cooking. Powdered supplements are also effective and help avoid garlic breath!

Hello Eliakim! Yes, Garlic is very good! What does ABBA say about 'Garlic' with the fusion of 'Silicon- and Carbon-Based Biology?' Is Garlic compatible with such a 'fused and mutated biology?' You should read about Silicon and it's abilities with Heat. Also most interesting, is Nuclear Power in a Star, when it goes through Supernova Nucleosynthesis, and at the end, when a Star experiences the 'Silicon Burning Phase.' What if it was possible that a Human Heart could be a mini-nuclear reactor, when feeling so much love, explodes forth, like a supernova, in a 'heart explosion experience?' Food for thought! ;-)
Love, your friend
