As we know blood is symbolic of life. As such my view of this is as follows: In my humble view, this quatrain is about the life of the Vatican, it is the Vatican that gives Rome substance. Pointed steel is the sword of truth, the point of the sword of truth is prick the conscience of those that are sleeping. Many years ago I used to say 'Steel is stronger than iron'.
The quatrian that follows it is one that we shared a few years ago. The chief of London and the Isle of Scotland was clearly ex-Prime Minister Gordon Brown who is Scottish. Realm of America is the extra clue, it can only mean Obama because it was during 2008 that I was sent to the USA for the very first time to warn the Americans.
