Isabella Emerald

Hebrew baby names tell us that 'Isabella' is a variant of 'Elizabeth' an Anglicized version of the Hebrew name 'Elisheva' meaning God's oath. [1]. In the story of the 'Isabella Emerald' it begins with Queen Isabella the Queen consort of King Charles the V (1516 to 1556). The Queen Isabella coveted the emerald and longed to possess it.

The ISABELLA EMERALD, is also known as the mystical 'Emerald of Judgement'. This emerald was in the hands of the King of the Aztec Kingdom and it was named after Queen Isabella. She was appointed governor of New Spain but she never acquired the emerald that she wished to possess for herself. So then the gift of the EMERALD was gifted to the second wife of Cortez.

Does it remind you of the story of Jezebel and Elizabeth Claire Prophet? The one that wished to possess?

In the NT, we find the word Elizabeth again, in the Greek it is ELISA/bet and it means 'OATH OF GOD', the word is of Hebrew origin 'byl' (strongs number 0472) transliterated word, Elisheba and it means 'My God as sworn' or 'God is an Oath' Elisheba was the wife of Aaron. In the NT, Elizabeth was the wife of ZECHARIAH. In this life time the prophet Zechariah reincarnated and he had a relationship with the two women. However, due to his relationship with ECP and her teachings, he transgressed the spiritual law.

This famous emerald originated in Columbia, first it was mined, then it was lost, when the ship carrying it sunk in the Atlantic ocean,  somewhere in the region of the 'Bermuda Triangle'.

This 964 carat emerald was described as 'a mystifying powerful emerald crystal so large that it would fill the palm of her hand'. It was lost in transit between Mexico and Spain in 1757, the transport included crystal skulls.

This is a story of history, adventure and intrigue. In 1987, the 'Isabella Emerald' was rediscovered in the oldest shipwreck known at that time in the Western hemisphere. It is recorded as the largest precious gem  quality faceted emerald in the world.

It as been testified for its authenticity, as a natural Columbian emerald, good clarity and transparency. Valued at over $20 million. The website that shares this whole story with us states that its true value is in the region of $61 million. Now that makes me laugh because recently I wrote, I dare to think of my true value. There is a huge history to this precious emerald and well worth a read. Also check out the sculpture and the sign from God to the Aztecs regarding the future.

The King of the Aztecs, Emperor Montezuma II was killed by his own subjects who were his accusers and they told him he was too lenient to the foreign invaders. Does it remind you of the story of Christ? The next King of the Aztec empire died of smallpox after 80 days of his reign. This was the beginning of the end of the Aztec empire and the Catholics from Spain then ruled the roost.

It was due to the adventure to salvage the wreckage that the Rose Quartz Crystal Skull was discovered, 12 miles off the Florida coast. It is also written that one of the most significant discoveries was the recovery of the 'Isabella Emerald'.

Among the other items recovered from the lost treasure include :-

1) Over 100,000 carats of cut and polished emeralds.
2) Over 1,000,000 carats of uncut rough emeralds.
3) The World's largest emerald conglomerate weighing 25,644 carats.
4) 8 very rare Mayan ceremonial crystal skulls.
5) Several Mayan and Aztec jade and gold masks.
6) Hundreds of pieces of gold and emerald jewelry.
7) Several gold and silver bars.

So now let us check out the importance of the weight of this carat 964.
