Prophet Isaiah (chapter 17) speaks of the Olive Tree being beaten, and the Olive is symbolic of the peacemakers. It states that there will only be 2 or 3 left on the top most branches and 4 or 5 on the fruitful boughs left by the time that God is finished with them. It also mentions the floods that come; so this prophecy is also a timeline for the last days of the end times. It states that people will leave the cities in the timeline when Damascus is destroyed. Damascus being a major sign to the people and one that they will take very seriously.
The word DAMASCUS means 'Silent is the sackcloth weaver' and a few years ago, Christ said 'Those that remain silent are compliant to the suffering in the world". I remember the day when Christ came in 2006 after the first mission to Israel. He said that 'we are going to Damascus.' Later that day, he returned and gave me a message and called me 'Lotus Feet'. He spoke of my little feet sitting upon the feet of God. While I was in Israel, at the Sea of Galilee an Israeli and I did healing work opposite Syria in the water of the Galilee. During the healing that I was doing I saw the Elephant, and it is the overcomer of obstacles due to its spiritual wisdom.
The first mention of Damascus is in the book of Genesis, chapter 15.
Abram said, "O Lord GOD, what will You give me, since I am childless, and
the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?" God promises Abraham a Son.
It mentions a time when the sun is set, and behold a smoking oven and a flaming torch. Its about the covenant made with Abraham in respect of the land. To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river of the Euphrates. The descendants of Abraham are spread all over the world and it includes Muslims and Christians, not just Jewish people.
As we know the flaming torch as always been used for the Olympics and is associated with the Greeks, so that could be a timing link for the 2012 Olympics. I have been keeping my eye on the earthquakes in the Turkey, Greece and Cyprus area, because the biblical prophecies also state that Judah will be flooded. If Judah is flooded due to a tsunami then Gaza would be flooded as well. Can you imagine the impact that would have on tiny Israel? Is that why Isaiah 17, predicts 'In that day the glory of Jacob will fade'?
Prophet Isaiah also tells them that no matter what they plant 'the harvest will be as nothing in the day of disease and incurable pain". The biblical prophecies also told Israel following the arrival of the Messenger of the Covenant, that if they did not do his will then the war would come. If they then still do not take it to their hearts, the fire would come, then the floods. The war came in the summer of 2006 and the fire came in 2010, when 5 million trees burned down on the Mount Carmel where Elijah ascended. It is also the mount of Our Lady of Carmel. 5 million trees burning down is one tree for every single Jewish person living in Israel.
Isaiah 17, states "Behold, Damascus is about to be removed from being a city and will become a ruin. The fortified city will disappear from Ephraim and sovereignty from Damascus". In the scripture Paul is associated with Damascus, in the biblical prophecies Ephraim is symbolic of Christianity. Hence, why the sun sets in the book of Genesis. In the Dead Sea Scrolls it states that the Last Priest, the Messanic Priest will strike Ephraim in the last days of the end times. The Dead Sea Scrolls also contains what is called the 'Damascus Document'.
Isaiah 17, states that there will be terror in the evening time and before morning they will be no more. As we know, terror as become symbolic of Islam. So after the sun of Ephraim set, then terror took over Syria. However, the good news is that at the end of the prophecy, by morning terror is no more in Damascus/Syria. That could well mean that the people ascend out of and beyond religion. The prophecy also mentions 'the plunder' and that relates to the plunder of the nations due to the oil mentioned by Prophet Habakkuk.
I do not feel a war with Damascus like many are predicting. However, I do see the signs of flooding that would be due to an earthquake, only an earthquake of a large magnitude would destroy the whole ancient city to rubble overnight. In 1202, there was a big earthquake and estimates range from 30,000 to over a million people were said to have died. It happened on the border of Syria and Lebanon. It is written that it was a 7.6 magnitude. [2]
In the news it says that Syria's oil output is declining. On the 11th of April troops moved into the oil town. As we know many people have been killed in Syria in recent weeks. On the 20th of May, it is reported that Syria are soon to offer oil shale bids and guess whose mentioned in the article? BP Oil.
Clearly, there are fault lines in Syria and in my humble view, Syria are tempting fate by inviting an earthquake that can kill millions. Its not a good time to be drilling the earth for oil when we know that the tectonic plates are shifting. My advice to the people of Damascus is to be on the safe side and move on. For surely, it will be another sign to Islam that its reign is over. In fact, it is another sign to all of the religions who do their utmost to rule the people with their man made doctrines. Damascus is the crossroads of the world's religions, last year we told the people that they were at the crossroads and that there is a fork in the road.

Mr. Assad long ago made his choice, and America's choice should be full-throated support for his democratic opponents."[4] As we know Assad as always been a supporter of Iran against Israel.

I have been pondering on Damascus and what Christ said to me 2006.
When I was sent on the second mission to Israel in 2007, I had hoped to help the Palestinians and stay in a Palestinian hotel because the news at that time was that the Arab hotels were suffering in East Jerusalem.
However, my taxi driver kindly took me to two hotels and there was no room in the inn for me. It was made quite clear that a Western woman was not welcomed.
So then the Taxi driver took me to the top of the hill overlooking the old city to a beautiful Vatican owned college that had been converted to a hotel. It is a stunning building and we have shared pictures of it on this blog in the past. Christian Arabs are mainly employed there and there is a lovely Marian chapel. The hotel is strongly supported by Caritas.
The day before the work was to be done in East Jerusalem I did a recce like I usually do to get my bearings of where I am going to do the work.
I walked down the hill from the hotel and the first gate was the DAMASCUS GATE and it was market day and I was pushed and shoved by Islamic women although I was dressed modestly.
In Hebrew the name of this gate is 'Sha'ar Shechem'.
Wiki report that Israeli media call this gate SHECHEM. (NABLUS Gate). Nice play on words there with SHE CHEM.
In Arabic it is called 'Bab el-Amud' and it means 'Gate of the Column'.
This was the Northern entrance gate at the time of the Crusades and the North is the direction of healing.
This this gate one as to walk through the Muslim quarter to get to the temple mount. However, on that day I took the route to the Lion's Gateway where the purification work was to take place. The Lion's gateway is also known as St Stephen's Gate.
Earlier today, Abba mentioned the cave. Now going from the Wiki link on the Damascus gate leads us to what is known as Zedekiah's Cave also known as the Solomon Quarries.
Its a five acre underground site and freemasons gather here annually in honor of King Solomon, as they believe he is their grand master.
So funny, do they not know the biblical prophecy that the Queen of the South as more wisdom than Solomon. And that Christ predicted that WISDOM WILL BE PROVEN RIGHT BY HER ACTIONS.

I know that the biblical scholars will not agree with me. However, I see the the 'smoking oven' as a volcanic eruption and I feel that it will come from under the sea.

The Genesis prophecy predicted that the Son would come between the volcanic eruption and Olympic torch. The question is was the Japanese tsunami the volcanic eruption from under the sea or is there another one to come between now the Olympics?

Due to the Nostradamus prophecy about the Olympics we warned a member of the British government about London a few years ago.

Further update. While bathing I decided to read a little because a friend had returned a book. Walid Shoebat wrote that the earthquake is mentioned in Qu'ran.

Why are thy delivered of their burden when the crossroads of religion is destroyed?
Its a clear sign that they do not have to pass on Islam or any other religion to their child.If its a boy the child is not circumcised because it is a sign that the true LORD stands against the religions.
