The location is JUBILEE PLANTATION near CHERHILL, Wiltshire.
In the Dead Sea Scrolls, Jubilee is to do with the signs. In Jewish mysticism it is to do with the number 50.
CHER is to do with celebrities and CROSS breeds, particularly American Indians e.g. Indigenous peoples.
From my perspective the most important aspect of this crop circle is the HOOK and it as the letters FOJ.
Those letters can represent the following:
Father of Joseph, Father of Jesus, Same Father, Fist of Justice.
F is also the first letter of FOOD and FISH and people fish with a HOOK. The crop circle is a ten pointed star, ten is the number that is related to the spiritual law in the NT because the number of the jubilee of 50 also divides by ten.
Ten is also the number of new cycle of time, and 50 also relates to currency. This could also relate to 50 months that is just over four years. That would take us into 2015, and a few years ago we shared with you that the USA is in astrological hot spot until at least 2016-2017.
Also remember that what impacts on the USA financially also impacts on the rest of the world.
The most important aspect of this crop circle from my perspective is the HOOK because the hook is to do with FOOD. You have meat hooks and you have fish hooks. People can harvest ten TON of fish on three acres of land, and this is a ten pointed star that also indicates a new cycle of time.
The hook is to make the people focus on the food and how they are going to feed themselves IMHV. Alternative reality. Free food is the hook to get the people engaged in the new cycle. No profit on food is a biblical teaching.

Prophet Ezekiel spoke of the hooks and so did Prophet Joel. Amos said "The Sovereign LORD has sworn by his holiness: “The time will surely come when you will be taken away with hooks, the last of you with fishhooks."
Prophet Micah, "He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore."
In the ancient pictographs the J is also the shepherds staff, the staff that protects the gentle hearted lambs.
Moses also carried a staff and all the true ones of the LORD God are given his staff.

It makes sense that people will see in the crop circle phenomena that which is born of their perspective as an individual. And so there may be no right or wrong reaction. The following is my own:
Beginning in late 1995 a series of coincedences lead to my writing a book called "The Third Measure of meal" though I had no privious interest in the Bible or religion. This book documents the hidden things the Bible says would one day be revealed. In short, The bible is talking, in a consistant figurative language, that must be applied to eliminate contradiction, about the tension between our hearts and our heads and the evolutionary shift that is triggered when this tension reaches a critical mass.
There was a total of six formations with the f-j signet.
In order of appearance they are:

Dadford, Buckinghamshire 7-4-98

Cherhill Down 7-18-99

There was an alteration to the signet at Alton Barnes which had a very significant meaning for me on a personal level But what appeared at Jubilee Plantation was even more so. This last signet was the only one that uses a lower case "f". It is also the only one that appeared after I published the book. On the cover of the book, a year before the last formation I had the publisher write my name in lower case letters.
