BRANDING AMERICAN INDIANS

This is an update on the disabled, blind man that was 'branded' during a stay in hospital for heart surgery. A call has gone out for an oath keeper, and an American Indian lawyer to come forth to investigate this case and ensure that justice is done.

In addition, David Yeagley, has written about a case where lawyers, Hobbs Strauss Dean & Walker, the tribal attorneys retained by the Comanche government are interfering where they are not welcome to do so. In addition, on the 26th of April, 2012, the Comanche people voted out of office all of the Comanche Business Committee members, apart from one. David wrote;

"The leaders decided that there would be no more polling stations to receive votes from the people during elections, and that all voting would be done by mail-in ballots, or absentee ballots. This offended the people, as have many other actions of the CBC; but this attempt to change the voting process was the last straw, so to speak. The people rose up, through legal petition as provided by the Constitution (and signatures gathered by tribal member Eleanor McDaniel), had two recall meetings (April 19 and April 26), and voted out the offending CBC members."
