Six Disciples

In the Luke 13 post we mentioned six people that ate together upstairs in the large room. [1] It struck me last night that six is also the number of the points of the 'Star of David'.

A Buddhist Nichiren Shonin also had six major disciples, and so did Florence Nightingale. [3] You may remember that I have received visions to do with Nightingale in 2010. 2010 was also the UN International Year of the Nurse.

There is also a link that mentions the six disciples of Confucius and intelligent design to do with the eco-system. [4]

This link mentions the choosing of the six disciples.

"Jesus went to find tentative Philip and Nathanael needed a little miracle to convince him that at least one good thing could come out of Nazareth. However, John's account makes it very clear that each of the disciples had to encounter Jesus personally."

"Unlike crafty Jacob Nathanael was a man in whom there was no guile. Jesus said: "Here is a true Israelite, in whom there is nothing false. v47. So what were the characteristics of guileless Nathanael:

    (a) He was frank. He makes an honest objection to Jesus being Messiah. Philip tells Nathanael that they have found the one of whom Moses and the prophets wrote - Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. Nathanael snorts: "Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?" v46.Nathanael's protestation is understandable. There was nothing in the Scriptures about the Messiah coming from Nazareth a quite unremarkable Galilean town. [5]
Do you see the scriptures about the Messiah differ to what the Christians have been taught. Prophet Isaiah predicted that the one to come would come from the 'Galilee of the Gentiles', not the Sea of Galilee.

He also predicted that the LORD God would plant HER himself in the valley of Jezreel in Israel, when the time come. She was planted there in May 2006.

Six people have died in a house fire in North London. Six fire engines were called to scene. Mother and five children died. Husband and another daughter are in hospital. Neighbours say they heard an explosion, police are not treating the circumstances as suspicious, although I feel that they are.
